Crepatura or delayed muscle pain syndrome

Until recently, it was thought that crepaturia was caused by lactic acid building up in the muscles. But today that is no longer true.

– Muscle pain is caused by micro-injuries to the muscle fibers. In response to these micro-injuries, local inflammation develops in the muscles caused by the immune system. The result is restoration of the fibers, which is felt as pain.

CREPATURE is not a disease, but it’s not a prerequisite for muscle building either.
You can easily reduce its manifestation with the help of well-built exercises, and the resulting pain can be relieved by massages, hot baths and only in the most extreme case – by pills.
